To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}11/JH.27.6.39. Detachable Rubber for Brake & Clutch Pedals. Will you please instruct for 3 sets of detachable rubbers (6 in all) to be made for experimental tests on our clutch and brake pedals to scheme FCD.1421. We suggest the durometer hardness of the rubber should be 2 sets in 65-70 and 1 set in 75-80. When fitted to the pedals these rubbers should be fixed in position with Chrysler rubber cement. We should like one set fitting to either 12.B.V. or 3.B.50. so that they can be in use on the 15,000 miles test in France. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G.
