seriously scored rear brake drum. But since we have had the servo, we find that scored brake drums are frequent.
The experimental experience is that with 4-wheel brakes, even when used under average conditions, wear on the rear brakes, is just as much, if not more, than when we had two brakes only.
We consider this is due to the fact that at high speeds, very much more braking effort can be applied with the servo without any apparent discomfort to the passengers.
