Dear Sirs, With reference to your letter of the 21st April reference AFDK/NMF., we have received a number of complaints from our Service Dept., of faulty ignition performance on the Rolls-Royce Chassis due to the fitting of Philco Radio Sets necessitating supressors on the sparking plugs. We view these complaints very seriously and we shall be glad if you will arrange for one of your technical Officials to visit us as soon as possible to discuss this question with the undersigned.
