PHANTOM 111 "D" SERIES - CYLINDER HEAD WITH FOUR INLET PORTS.

In view of Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.4.10.37. will you please instruct Works to carry on hand to mouth, with the original four-port head until such time as the tests on the new head are considered to have given a satisfactory result.

The work on the new head should, of course, be continued at full speed.
