| ARGEN WARMTH AND CAR COMFORT. Warmth is essential to Car Comfort, but it is equally essential that such warmth to be a comfort, must be safe, under perfect control, and quickly generated. ARGEN Warmth fulfils these conditions. WHAT ARGEN WARMTH IS. ARGEN Warmth is Hot Air, with a safe but rapidly generated and amply sufficient temperature perfectly controlled by a little switch. This hot air is circulated by means of a partial vacuum through radiating foot-rest tubes of aluminium in the body of the car. HOW ARGEN WARMTH IS GENERATED. By means of a partial vacuum, created by the exit of the exhaust gases through a nozzle, fresh air is drawn through a cylinder in the ARGEN Patent Combined Silencer and Heater, and becomes heated by the exhaust gases, but without contact with them. The greater the heat of the exhaust gases the greater the suction of the vacuum they create, and the more rapid the circulation of the air over the heating surface. In consequence the temperature is automatically regulated, and cannot exceed a comfortable warmth. There is no danger of overheating. That is why ARGEN Warmth is Safe Warmth. 32° Fahrenheit is freezing point; but if you instal the ARGEN in your car that won't worry you! The UNIQUE FEATURES of the ARGEN SYSTEM. It is easily adaptable to all types of car. The radiating foot-rest tubes in the car body are light, elegant, and removable in a few seconds. There are no running costs. A waste product—the exhaust gases—is used to heat and circulate the air. There is no loss of engine power; no extra consumption of petrol, no back pressure. It is simplicity itself.
