WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'S SUGGESTIONS

Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} in a memo. dated 5th March received in London 8th March, (Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}1/W5/3/25) points out that:

(a) The 'India' chassis without F.W.B. should be started on its 10,000 miles Trial about the end of March.

(b) The 'India' chassis with F.W.B. should be started on its 10,000 Miles Trial about the middle of April.

(c) The delivery of the last of the current chassis to Sales cannot take place before 18th April or a little later.

(d) The sale of the last of the current chassis may not take place until the middle of June.

(e) By that time we should know a lot about F.W.B. and may be able to fit them with safety before the 'India' chassis leave the Works.

(f) 'India' without F.W.B. could if necessary be sent to coachbuilders and the complete cars returned to the Works to have F.W.B. fitted.
