Dear Sirs,

Jointing Material.

We have for some years past been manufacturing a sheet jointing material under the trade name of "OAKENSTRONG" in competition to the American materials, which had, up to that time, had the whole of the British Markets.

This material has now been giving entire satisfaction to a large number of users in the trade, it is approved by the Air Ministry, India Office etc., and now that it has definitely proved its quality over a period of years, we have no hesitation in recommending it to your notice, as we feel that you would naturally prefer to use the British material if possible, especially in times like the present.

We, of course, as manufacturers are not normally in direct touch with the users, as most of the trade is done through firms of joint cutters.

We do not know whether you cut your own joints or buy them already cut, but we should very much esteem hearing from you direct, so that if the material does not in any way meet your requirements, we might be able to adjust its qualities.

If you have not already tried this material, may we ask you to do so. If you are able to do this, we should be more than willing to give you any facilities in our power, as we do feel that it seems a shame for foreign
