For the attention of S.H.Grylls, Esq.

22nd February, 1939.

Dear Mr. Grylls,

In thanking you for your letter of the 21st, we have made arrangements to send a further 6.50-19 Track cover and tube by passenger train today.

With regard to the power consumption tests on the 6.50-16 tyres, I do not know whether our method of carrying out these tests would be of interest, but, in case they are, I am attaching a brief resume indicating our procedure.

In connection with further supplies of track tyres, as explained, if the run is to be made before Easter, we should appreciate as much warning as possible in order for the necessary tyres to be available, and following our telephone conversation with Mr. Robotham yesterday, we understand that there are some internal arrangments which you wish to discuss before taking this matter further with us, and that possibly you may ask us to pay a proposed visit early next week for a general discussion on tyre equipment.

Yours sincerely,
HEPrice
