RE AUTOKLEEN FILTER.
We have gone into the question you raised re the clearance of the spigot supporting the vanes. To decrease the clearance to a fine limit of .002 would we find make the job very expensive i.e. grinding instead of turning. We are also of the opinion that the oil will be considerably better filtered than previous and that very little foreign matter would be passed through the orifice stated above. We therefore do not propose to make any modifications.
