STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS.
Description of Parts.
Reinforcing Plate to Fan Blade.
Origin.
To avoid fan blades breaking.
Experimental Test Report.
There have been a number of failures of fan blades on customers cars. The fractures show fatigue. The new scheme is a reinforcing plate of aluminium. This can be applied quickly. We consider this alteration essential when smaller fan pulley is used.
Road Test Report.
Fitted to 4.EX Car - run 300 miles.
