Rolls Royce Ltd., Nightingale Road, DERBY. My dear Grylls, Many thanks for your letter of yesterday and I so much appreciate your offering me these bodies, although it so happens that the one off the Bentley and the one you mention now are not of any use to us. You see we have not got as far as the Phantom III market yet: that's a bit above our price peak: our market is really lower down - £100. to £750. sort of thing: although we do have an odd four figure one now and again. At the moment our most expensive vehicle in stock, outside my own Bentley, is a 1936 25/30 h.p. touring Limousine, for which we hope to get £1150. real money. By the way you don't mention who made the black Limousine body to which you refer: tell me that and I will see if I can get you a bid for it elsewhere, but you can rest assured I will not "hawk" it. Yes, thank you very much, I am back at work and tickled to death to be. Yours faithfully, PADDON BROS. LTD., Phil Paddon Managing Director. And thank you for the order for the Mints for your Mother.
