I give below copy of a wire I have received
from R :-

"STOP ALL BRAKE DRUMS PENDING INCREASED STIFFNESS".

I have interpreted this to mean that we are to go slow
so as not to get ahead of actual requirements.

Apparently R.{Sir Henry Royce} intends to increase the thickness
of the drums.
