RE PHANTOM 11 SPEEDOMETERS.

With reference to Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}3/T.23.6.30. we have requested the Order Office to arrange for the speedometers to be fitted on Phantom 11 cars equipped with 20" x 7" tyres on 20" diameter wheels to be calibrated for a speed of 810 revs. per mile, and that this alteration should take effect as quickly as possible.
