Phantom III Rear Rubber Buffer.

Referring to HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/RH.{R. Hollingworth}2/CB.3.3.37, we agree to a 2-BA bolt being fitted in the place of the tubular rivet now used, and suggest that if BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will carry out the alteration it should be instructed on production. The bolt head should be to the outside, when it appears to clear the brake drum on bump.
