X.4333 - BRUSHES FOR GOSHAWKAero EngineCodename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after KestrelAero Engine DYNAMO.

Messrs. Le Carbone requested us to give particulars of the brush duty for which their grade Z (O) brushes were required, and as a result of this they agree that the Z grade should be satisfactory on these machines. They add, however, that their E.G.30 quality might also be tried owing to the very considerable use of this on similar machines elsewhere, and offer us some samples of this grade free of charge. We propose to accept this offer though so far as we can see at present the Z brushes are going to give us every satisfaction.

A sample E.G.30 brush is sent for Mr. Royce's inspection.
