X.4337 To Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG24.2.21. X.4337 X.3898 - RE GREASE INJECTORS FROM MESSRS. R.H. HILL, LTD SHEFFIELD. With reference to the sample Injectors which have been sent to us by these people, they are of no use to us and we are returning them to you. You might explain that we want something equivalent to the Alemite grease-gun and Lubricators used in U.S.A. The connection they have sent to fit on to our lubricators is hopeless. To screw it in, it means turning the whole pump and there is no attempt to make a grease-tight joint.
