March 3rd 1933.

John Marston Ltd,
Paul Street Works,
Wolverhampton.

For the attention of Mr. Dalrymple.

Dear Sirs,

We are despatching to you one set of parts (viz. top and bottom tanks, side plates etc.) for building up a 40/50 HP. car radiator. Will you please fit this up with a Marston Mark III matrix, 4.00" thick. We enclose herewith for your guidance a blueprint showing the general arrangement of the radiator.

Will you please ensure that the starting handle tunnel is in its correct position, we mention this because on one of the 58 mm. Harrison Vee blocks, you recently fitted up for us, the tunnel was approximately 1/8" high, and we had considerable difficulty in correcting it.

You will notice that we have increased the waterways through the webs in the bottom tank, this alteration will, we think, provide ample flow.

We hope shortly to be able to send you the radiator shells for the Harrison Vee blocks which you have on hand.

Our official order for the above will follow, and we should be glad if you will treat the radiator as urgent.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
