For one set Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} was requested to send an official order in our memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/KW.13.7.36. With regard to the other set, these were ordered as long ago as October last, and we understood were to be supplied free of charge for experimental purposes: for this reason no official order was passed, although we agree you should have been advised of the transaction.
