(2) the additional cost fitted upon the finished car. (3) the additional weight. The WW. committee will advise Mr. Johnson of the time to alter and he will probably be able to decide at once whether to wait or to go on with the designs already sent to Derby. If so Mr. Stent and the committee will just look over to see what is necessary to bring them right up to date.
