We are now handing back to you dynamo R.3, fitted with bevelled brushes of EG2 Morganite material, commutator not specially undercut. Will you kindly replace this dynamo on 7GII, and let us have back No.604 which we have had on this car for the purpose of a noise test. Unfortunately, owing to the noisiness of the gears on this chassis, any dynamo noise which may have existed was not detectable. Dynamo No.604 should be returned to us to await a further experiment.
