SINGLE AND TWO-TONE KLAXON BUZZER TYPE HORN.

Referring to EFC3/AD9.12.30. I feel that the considerations we have got to give in connection with out signalling devices rely more on whether the sleepy driver of a cart one half a mile ahead can be awakened when the wind is towards the car driver. It is quite useless to give a man a fast car when touring unless he is also supplied with a hooter capable of being heard at a very considerable distance ahead.

The small sound or penetration value noticed with the buzzer on 26-EX would be quite useless for touring purposes and undoubtedly makes the running of the car in question not free from danger.
