Worst Features.

With regard to (a) We should take an
interest in Mintoes' car - GUL-22 - about
which St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} has written to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} recommending
increasing the load on the torque re-action
dampers.

The suggestion that the throttle pedal can be
used to alter the ignition in France to improve
slow running should be investigated.

RAITH.
(1) Are all the latest oil holes to improve lubrication
on the Wraith III crankshaft ?

(2) Expt. Dept. to issue a report saying whether the
Wraith silencer suspension is what we want on the
Bentley.

BENTLEY.
(1) It was decided to fit propeller shaft dampers on
all 4 1/4 litre Bentleys (555 Bentleys and 350 25/30
left the Works without a propeller shaft damper).

(2) Instructions should be issued to Depots to check
over any other points likely to cause clutch judder
when fitting propeller shaft dampers.
