HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} 202 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gryl/R.26.10.37. 5.B.IV. We are sending the rear axle of this car into the Fitting Shop. Will you please fit strengthened half shafts to GCD.23. This necessitates new differential boxes, wheel drivers and hubs. The hubs available at the moment have no brake drums on them, and it is not necessary to fit them as the axle will be used on the dynamometer only.
