Modification to shorten rear brake liners to prevent them from catching.

Re Shortening of Rear Brake Liners.
Some time ago I pointed out that the rear brake liner used to give trouble as regards catching when the brake was off [handwritten correction over typed 'on'] as owing to dirt and dust getting under the liners and suggested that 2 extra rivets [handwritten correction over a crossed-out word] were fixed.
Mr Bailey however arranged that the ends of the liners should be cut off. This was tested and found satisfactory and should I think be adopted as standard. Personally I would prefer to leave the
