In your previous memo - BY/Ogh10/G1.6.29. you yourselves suggested the issuing of a leaflet and sent us a draft of it. In our reply, we expressed great sympathy with the idea and mentioned that H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} has the matter at heart at the moment. You now say you do not think it is necessary, and to this we would reply that as it has just been decided to tie a special warning label to the carburetters of all cars that go into depots, it would seem that the matter is not sufficiently clear or strong in the Instruction Book.
