In accordance with memo BY14/G.8.3.29, we have instructed Messrs Dunlop to suspend work on the building of Wire Wheels fitted with 19" rims, and attach hereto a copy of their reply. Will you kindly let us know as soon as possible what type of wheel they are to build, as from our records the 51st chassis in "O" Series goes to test week ending April 13th, and if we are to have supplies in during April it is essential we give them instructions immediately to proceed with the manufacture of the rims, as they have none in stock.
