To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to EY. X2628 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG6.10.24. BUFFER CLEARANCE. X2628 / x9410 When I was at WW. I was under the impression that the same buffers were used for the 20% and the 12 1/2% springs. According to N.sch.1845, special buffers should be fitted to the 20% springs. These buffers would only allow .750" clearance. Is this scheme still to be worked to? Are you expecting that we shall run with .750" + .300" or shall we run with 1.000" + .300" clearance?
