Mr. Hancock from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

With reference to your reports re.
drilling the high pressure valve on the S.S.
In our memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/LG28.3.29. we were apparently
somewhat ambiguous. We meant the drilled high
pressure test to be confined to the 20 HP. car.
