Messrs.Rolls Royce Ltd.
DERBY.

Dear Sirs.

For the attention of Mr.Robotham.

On Friday last on my way through Derby I left the set of brake lining for which you asked. Unfortunately, I was delayed and missed you.

These linings are "Mintex T" and are the same as the previous set of "Mintex N.M.T" you had, with the exception that they contain brass wire in the weave. After due consideration we decided to submit the "Mintex T" on account of the exceptional depth of the countersink for the rivet.

I hope you will be able to find an early opportunity to try these linings.

Yours faithfully,

(Signature of E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Dalmaine)
