Dear Sir,

In the course of business, you doubtless some-times receive inquiries for the names of competent engineers to design, develop, or test automobile accessories, motors, or devices.

In this connection, I wish to inform you that I am particularly well qualified to do this kind of work and have in addition, one of the most completely equipped motor testing laboratories in this country, with a staff of specially trained technicians, and can make confidential, as well as CERTIFIED tests and reports.

The equipment includes engines of various kinds such as, automobile, motor truck, aviation, stationary, tractor, and marine. These are all in first class running order, and can be used for tests on short notice, as several of them are permanently mounted on test blocks, and connected to dynamometers.

I would welcome an opportunity to conduct you personally through my laboratory, and show you the facilities that enable me to render efficient service. Your inspection will tell you more than a letter can explain. In any event, I trust I may hear from you.

Yours very truly,
Joseph Tracy
