In the future, no-one will be allowed to work at the Clan Foundry premises who has not either a Rolls Royce badge or a permit signed by me.

The personnel operating ay the Canteen are being provided with permits.

Visitors will have to sign a book and have a pass which only be issued if they are vouched for by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RH.{R.
