re- B-2-GA - London Trials Coupe.

This is the car which we returned to you on the 7th May because the clutch was so unsatisfactory.

We are again compelled to return the car to you for the same reason. We have given this clutch every opportunity of getting into good condition, firstly, without, and secondly, with doping and it is not in our view fit for a Demonstration Car.

The peculiar symptoms are, with the clutch as it is to-day, that when cold it is very nearly perfect, but when hot can create the most appalling jagger both on the forward and reverse gears. It is what we would call a good example for further investigation, because we fear that these symptoms may be reproduced on customers' cars, and if there is any remedy to be obtained this car should probably help you to discover it.

Will you please let us know what you are able to ascertain from this car, and also we should like it back as soon as possible.
