The above series of tests would appear now to be complete in that they have indicated just what conditions are required for the moulding of a successful commutator; We now propose to have a number of finished commutators done in this manner for extensive tests on dynamos on the bench, then if still satisfactory, Mr. Royce may agree to try one of these out on an experimental car.
