Contd. -4- AW/EH2/C8.4.13. On the Lanchester rear springs the centre clip is not half way along the spring, we were carefully to rig it up the same way when taking our readings. At first I got out with this because I imagined if I took readings either end of the spring or took it from the centre clip and halved it, it would balance out the same, we found that this was not so.
