Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 24th ult. enclosing blue prints showing the required modifications to the hand pump, the position of the pump and handle in the car and the necessary lettering. We also note your further requirements in connection with valve marking and fluid resisting enamel. With regard to the instruction plate which is to be rivetted to the trap door supplied in the floor boards, as we take it you will be making this trap door and the parts connected with it, we would suggest you also supply and fix the instruction nameplate to enable these parts to be kept together and unless we hear from you to the contrary we shall not include the supply of this plate in our quotation.
