Dear Sir,

I have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 14th instant, advising us that it is desired that your Chief Engineer, Mr. Bailey, and yourself visit these Works immediately after the Motor Show, for the purpose of discussing a bodybuilding project and requesting that an interview be arranged.

I have been in touch with our Managing Director, Mr. L. Antweiler, who is now at the Motor Show, and he has requested me to advise you that both he and our Sales Manager, Major C. White, will be available at any time on and after Monday, the 25th instant, and that they will be pleased to discuss the matter.

Mr. Antweiler has asked me to add that he would like you to fix an appointment for any day convenient to yourselves, and he would be glad to hear the date of your proposed visit.

Yours faithfully,
For MULLINERS LIMITED.
