Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 8. 13/10/39 To all Departments: We are instructed by the Post Office to arrange to post finally for the day before 4 p.m., and to hold over until the next day mail that cannot be posted by that hour. It is pointed out that Peace Time Postal services cannot be maintained under War conditions. In order that we may comply with War Time Regulations of the Post Office, please have all mail ready for collection at 4 p.m. prompt. Mail cannot be accepted after that time at Field House for despatch on the date of receipt but, in accordance with Post Office requirements, will be held over till next day. Wn. | ||
