Ltd., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, Birmingham. For the attention of F.B. Jones, Esq., Dear Sirs, Referring to your letter of the 2nd inst. (ref.FBJ/FHC/6. Phys. Lab.) we wish to confirm our telegram that the writer had tripped up as to the actual poundage to which the rubbers in question were required, and that our previous letter of the 31st ult. (ref. BY2/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp}) was therefore written in error. We thank you for the information conveyed to us over the telephone, that we have had three deliveries of 100 each, the first on Decr. 21st., the second on Decr. 22nd, and the third by passenger train yesterday. We have traced these rubbers, and have put them into production. Apologising for the trouble to which we have put you due to our error, and thanking you for the information conveyed on the telephone.
