To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}.......from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} x c/78. Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}6/IH.28.11.33. WIND TUNNEL TESTS - BENTLEY. Due to having to rush forward the Vulture body I still have not completed the Wind Tunnel data. However, I am enclosing herewith the particulars which you require in connection with your tests on the Streamline car. The first series of tests which I have to report were carried out by your flat plate method. The second series on which I still have to report were carried out by the reflexion method. It was found that the flat plate method gave a drag which was too low, and we have in consequence corrected the figures of the first test, to bring them up to the reflex method standard.
