86116 Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.7/MA.24.5.34. P.100 HEADLAMPS ON BENTLEY. Referring to your Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}18/E.23.5.34., I have received a formal acknowledgement from Messrs.Lucas to my letter and have since spoken to their Lamp Designer Mr.Neill on the telephone. Without committing himself to any promise that he could reduce the weight of the P.100 headlamps he said that they were experimenting on the lines we suggested to see what could be done in the matter. Knowing Messrs.Lucas's negligence in such matters we are keeping actively in touch with them on the question of this weight reduction. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
