W/S. To: C. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 11/h.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 20.10.41. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} R.{Sir Henry Royce} HALL. 262. Thanks for C2/C13.10.41. When we wrote to Bollinger, we did not say that the customers who waited for the P.III and 25-30 would wait indefinitely. As a matter of fact, the P.III customer disappeared shortly after Hall refused to consider a reasonable price. However, I think you were quite right to buy them back, as they could not be replaced at the moment for twice the value. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
