Bailey - Chief Engineer} x8140 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG16.11.26. PHANTOM THROTTLE. x8140 We have had a car running fitted with the roller bearings in the throttle spindle. The lag on the governor control is very considerably reduced - it now only amounts to one notch on the hand control lever. It very closely approximates to the Silver Ghost control.
