COPY Cleveland Petroleum Products Co., Central House, Upper Woburn Place, W.C.1. 11th November 1935. Messrs.Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sirs, We hear you are refusing to implement your guarantee if alcohol fuel is used in Rolls-Royce cars. We hesitate to believe that this is actually your attitude since you will be aware that alcohol blends are largely used all over the World, and since Rolls-Royce cars probably go further afield than other makes, are therefore bound to use them. We are not able to trace from the comments you made upon tests carried out at Derby that you had any adverse criticism to make, but we shall be most interested to have your views. Yours faithfully, CLEVELAND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS COMPANY (Sd) F.H.L.Sears? Technical Manager. | ||
