re 20HP Carburettors

We are constantly experiencing a certain amount of trouble with whistling carburettors, and in a large number of case, a considerable improvement can be effected by radiusing the throttle valve in a similar manner to the standard practice of the New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I.

Although the modification cannot be considered a "cure all" for complaints of noisy suction etc. on the 20HP Car, we are satisfied that it does cure the objectionable shrill whistle, and we should like the radius to be standardized. If you agree will you please have instructions issued to the Works.
