Dear Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager},

We are arranging for Lidsey to bring 21-EX, which is a modern S.S. car, for your use during the holidays.

We are very pleased you asked for this car because we should like you to try a modern S.S. car.

We are letting PN.{Mr Northey} have another S.S. car (19-EX) for the holiday and we are arranging to meet him on Thursday the 23rd. near London. We should therefore very much like Lidsey to bring 21-EX up to London on that day (I will let him know where to meet us) so that we can try the 2 S.S. cars together and confirm any criticism which PN.{Mr Northey} will make.

Lidsey can return to Bournemouth the same night with 21-EX car.

I sincerely hope you are having a good holiday, and that you are getting plenty of golf.

The experimental job is going very well and although we are anxiously looking forward to having you back again, we trust you will not stint yourself of the holiday you so much needed.

Yours sincerely,

HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
