WRAITH & CONTINENTAL P.III.

Notes of Conference with HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} and WSC.{W. S. Cassel} re position of these two chassis.

WRAITH.

(1) WSC.{W. S. Cassel} to instruct all distance pieces in frame channels & send 3 sets to Rubery Owen.

(2) WSC.{W. S. Cassel} to send bolts, etc. in 3 1/2 nickel for the three frames.

(3) A drawing must be made of the frame as we expect it from

(4) We can decide in a week's time whether difficult forgings are to be made from dies or out of the solid.

(5) All patterns promised for 30.11.36.

(6) Chassis provisionally promised for Xmas.

(7) We require from Design Dept. schemes for the frame wiring and oil piping.

(8) We require from By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} details of:-
(a) Clamp stud and handbrake }
(b) Rear Axle. } Present promises
(c) Gearbox internals. } not good enough.

P.III.

(1) Promise for gearbox castings next week. Both halves in Mg.

(2) Engine to start with any small pin crank.

(3) Frames to go back for welding end of this week.

(4) Rear brakes complete by 30/11/36.

(5) Steering complete by 28/11/36.

(6) Jack brackets from Lockheed's 30/11/36.

(7) Radiator ready end of month.
