PHANTOM III.
----------

WATER PUMP LUBRICATOR.
--------------------

Chauffeurs and other heavy handed individuals are breaking the lubricator off close to the pump.

Apparently when using a spanner to screw down the cap, the spanner fouls the water pump case. It is becoming a general complaint.
