D/EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} C. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X2915 Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/CI21/D5. 9. 22. [STAMP: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} SEP 6 1922 RECEIVED] R.{Sir Henry Royce} R.{Sir Henry Royce} Cricklewood Lane Repair Depot. - Chassis 34-LW. Blue Sheet 65523. Per the above blue sheet we are requested to - Test for Stock - 1 Water Pump. [struck through] 1 Waltham Engine Speed Indicator - 300-3000 r.{Sir Henry Royce} p. m.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} for R-R.{Sir Henry Royce} 16 x 52 axle. As this part was specially ordered from the Waltham Co. to specifications named by N. to yellow sheet 4/681 we must point out that although it has now been returned to us, it is useless stock, as we have only fitted one unit of this type in the last four years. We are therefore of opinion no credit should be allowed N. for the part, which will be placed in our stock and be available for use at any time there may be a call for it. Hm.{Capt. W.
