Dear Mr. Robotham,

I am in receipt of your letter of the 17th. instant, and find that our quotation for
500 - XLS 5 Ball Journal Bearings,
was sent on the same date. In this, we have undertaken to supply these bearings at the rate of 50 per week beginning in 26 to 28 weeks from receipt of order.

With regard to the quantity of 3000 you now mention, we do not anticipate the slightest difficulty in increasing our output so as to complete this within a period of 18 months, provided, of course, that we are able to obtain adequate supplies of material.

Yours sincerely,
C.H.Smith.
