Recurring issue with a customer's nearside headlamp bulb blowing due to a loose bulb holder.

(5) This customer is in the habit of riding with his headlamp in the dipped position: the bulb in this nearside lamp had blown on various occasions. This probably is due to the bulb holder which is a loose fit with the bayonet cap of the bulb, allowing vibration to shorten the life of the bulb.
